This was one of my favorite family sessions last fall! This sweet family had just moved to Austin, and had never had professional family portraits done before, and I just LOVE all that we captured and the beautiful artwork that is now up on their walls. It makes me so happy as an artist to know how much they love having those pieces in their new home to enjoy daily.
On their Client Paperwork, I noticed that this Mama put "our family loves dessert" when I had asked her to tell me a few fun things about her family. I thought to myself, 'then bring cupcakes and we'll end the session with a little cupcake treat - and maybe even a little "frosting war!"' And that is exactly what we did. (Be sure to see the images at the end of the "frosting war." Someone super cute might have gotten into the cupcakes a little early, too. So cute!
